Aerospace Solutions - Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is one of the measurements of
the performance of our Quality Management System. Aerospace
Solutions, LLC monitors information relating to Customer product
output and perception as to whether Aerospace Solutions is meeting
Customer requirements.
When provided, customers Key Process Indicators (KPI's)
are tracked. If the Customer does not have KPI's, then Aerospace
Solutions, LLC uses an approach best suited for the tasks to be
performed. For an approach to monitor Customer Satisfaction
without the use of Customer identified KPI's, Aerospace Solutions,
LLC uses a simple Customer Satisfaction survey that is sent to the
Customer for their feedback. An online version of the Customer
Satisfaction Survey is provided below.
